시놉시스Synopsis

로카 형제는 5주 동안 레스토랑 문을 닫고, 전 직원과 함께 4개국 6개 도시를 돌아보고 57가지의 새로운 요리를 만들어보기로 한다. 이는 지역 고유의 음식을 재해석하고 새로운 요리를 만들어내는 과정을 통해 현지 음식의 전통과 식재료에 경의를 표하기 위한 것이다. 그들은 이 요리 연구 여행을 통해 라틴 아메리카 음식의 힘과 세계 음식 문화에 끼친 영향력을 높이 평가할 뿐 아니라, 진정한 사회 변화의 도구로 기여하는 사회적 기능에 찬사를 보낸다.

The Roca brothers made an unprecedented decision to close their prestigious restaurant for five weeks. Their challenge was to tour six cities in four different countries with the entire kitchen and dining room staff and design 57 new dishes in order to pay tribute to local food traditions and ingredients, offering their own reinterpretations of these local cuisines. Their journey promotes the strengths of Latin American cuisines and their contributions not only to global food culture, but also in terms of constructing an identity that goes way beyond food and is a real tool for social change.
