김소봉 KIM So-bong
김소봉
소봉식당의 오너셰프이며 하이볼가든, 소품샵소봄의 대표이다. 올리브 채널 [올리브 쇼], MBC [마이 리틀 텔레비전], SBS Plus [셰프끼리], EBS [조식포함 아파트] 등 다수의 음식 관련 방송 프로그램에 출연해 왔다. 2015년부터 서울호서직업전문학교 호텔조리과 겸임교수로, 2016년부터 월드비전 꿈 멘토로 위촉돼 셰프 양성 교육에 힘쓰고 있다.
KIM So-bong is the owner chef of Sobong Sikdang and the representative of Highball Garden Bar and SoBom Shop, He has appeared in a number of TV food shows including the Olive Channel’s Olive Show, MBC’s My Little Television, SBS Plus’ Chef's Road and EBS’ Apartment with Breakfast Included. He is teaching at the Seoul Hoseo Occupational Training College as an adjunct professor in the Department of Hotel Culinary Arts since 2015, as well as investing his time training aspiring chefs since his appointment to World Vision Dreams mentor in 2016.

1971년에 서울에서 태어났다. 1993년 시네마테크 ‘문화학교 서울’에서 영화를 시작했고, 동국대학교 영화과 대학원을 수료했다. 영화 잡지 <스크린>에서 10년 동안 취재 기자와 편집장으로 일했고, 2009년부터 프리랜서 저널리스트로 활동 중이다. 2019년부터 평창국제평화영화제 프로그래머로 재직 중이다.
Born in Seoul in 1971, KIM Hyung-seok began his career in film at the Cinematheque ‘Munhwa Hakgyo Seoul’ in 1993, and completed his MA course in the Film Department at Dongguk University, Graduate School of Digital Image & Contents. He served as a staff writer and then the editor in chief at the film monthly SCREEN for a decade, and has been working as a freelance journalist since 2009. He is also working as a programmer for the PyeongChang International Peace Film Festival since 2019.
이한나 Hanna LEE

서강대학교에서 신문방송학을 전공하고 미국 뉴욕대학원에서 영화이론을 공부했다. 1997년 귀국 후 제1회 부천국제판타스틱영화제 기획팀장을 지냈고, 미국 영화 업계지 <버라이어티>와 <할리우드 리포터>의 통신원, 영화진흥위원회 해외진흥부 근무를 거쳐 이탈리아 우디네극동영화제의 프로그래밍 및 코디네이터로 일했다. 2000년부터 프로듀서로 홍상수 감독과 작업하며 그의 작품 <생활의 발견><여자는 남자의 미래다>, 이창동 감독의 <밀양>, 여성영화제 10주년 옴니버스 프로젝트 <텐텐> 중 헬렌 리 감독의 <Hers at Last>의 프로듀서로 활동해 왔다. 현재 프로듀서로서 영화 업무를 병행하면서 목포에서 서양 가정식 쿠킹 스튜디오 ‘스프레드 세븐틴’을 운영 중이다.
Film producer based in Seoul, Korea, Hanna LEE has served as journalist and festival coordinator for local and international film festivals as well as working for the Korean Film Council (KOFIC) before she shifted gears to film production. She has produced HONG Sangsoo’s Turning Gate(2002) and Woman Is the future of Man(2004), LEE Chang-dong’s Secret Sunshine which received the Best Actress Award at the 2007 Cannes Film Festival and Helen LEE’s short “Hers at Last” as part of the omnibus opening film, Ten Ten for the 2008 Seoul International Women's Film Festival. She is currently juggling her career between film and culinary endeavors through cooking studio Spread 17 specializing in Western home cooking based in Mokpo, Jeollanamdo.

영화 프로듀서. 서울에서 태어나 성균관대학교에서 독어독문학을 전공했다. 2000년 영화사 명필름에 입사해 5년간 해외마케팅팀에서 일하면서 <섬><공동경비구역 JSA><와이키키 브라더스><YMCA 야구단><바람난 가족> 등의 영화 해외마케팅 책임을 맡았다. 2006년 <아이스케키>(감독 여인광)의 제작팀장을 맡으면서 현장을 경험한 이후, 2008년 임순례 감독의 <우리 생애 최고의 순간>, 2012년 이용주 감독의 <건축학개론>, 2014년 부지영 감독의 <카트>의 프로듀서를 맡았다.
A film producer based in Seoul, KIM Kyun-hee studied German Language and Literature at Sungkyunkwan University. She started working at film production company Myungfilms in 2000 and spent the next 5 years in the International Marketing Team, being responsible for the overseas promotion of films such as The Isle, JSA Joint Security Area, Waikiki Brothers, YMCA Baseball Team and A Good Lawyer’s Wife. Her work as production team manager on the 2006 Ice Bar, which was directed by YEO In-kwang, marked her transition to film production. She worked as a producer for films including Forever the Moment (2008) directed by YIM Soon-rye, Architecture 101 (2012) directed by LEE Yong-joo and Cart (2014) directed by BOO Ji-young.
모은영 MO Eun-young

중앙대학교 첨단영상대학원에서 영상이론학과 영화이론 및 애니메이션이론을 전공했다. EBS 프로그램 [시네마천국], [애니토피아]의 작가를 지냈으며, 영화 잡지 <키노><필름2.0><씨네 21> 등에 영화 칼럼을 기고했다. 한국영상자료원 시네마테크KOFA 프로그래머를 거쳐 현재 부천국제판타스틱영화제와 인디애니페스트의 프로그래머로 활동하고 있다. <청춘의 십자로> 변사 공연 등 고전영화를 컨템퍼러리 음악, 뮤지컬 등 다양한 매체와 융합해 재해석한 복합공연을 다수 기획, 제작했다.
MO Eun-young studied film theory and animation theory at Chung-Ang University, Graduate School of Advanced Imaging Science, Multimedia & Film. She worked as a writer for EBS TV programs such as Cinema Paradiso and Anitopia, while writing film columns for film monthly <KINO>, and weekly Film2.0 and Cine21. She served as a programmer at the Korean Film Archive’s Cinematheque KOFA and is currently working as a programmer for Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival and the Indi-Ani Fest. She has organized and produced a number of complex/mixed performances introducing new interpretations of classical films, contemporary music and musicals by fusing them with diverse mediums such as the one for silent film Turning Point of the Youngsters with a focus on pyônsa - the special live narration format used in 1930s East Asia silent movie screenings.
주영하 JOO Young-ha

음식영화와 관련된 책 집필을 준비하고 있는 한국의 대표적인 음식인문학자. 문화와 인문학, 역사학의 시선으로 동아시아 지역에 사는 사람들의 식생활, 식사방식, 음식을 연구한다. 서강대학교에서 역사학을, 한양대학교 대학원에서 문화인류학을, 중국 중앙민족대학교 대학원에서 문화인류학 및 민족학을 공부하고 박사학위를 받았다. 현재 한국학중앙연구원 한국학대학원 문화예술학부 교수이면서 조선왕실 도서관인 장서각의 관장을 맡고 있다. 2007~2008년 일본 가고시마대학교 인문학부에서, 2017~2018년 캐나다 브리티시컬럼비아대학교(UBC) 아시아학과에서 1년간 방문교수로 지냈다. 저서로는 『음식전쟁 문화전쟁』, 『중국 중국인 중국음식』, 『그림 속의 음식, 음식 속의 역사』, 『차폰잔폰 짬뽕』, 『맛있는 세계사』, 『음식인문학』, 『식탁 위의 한국사』, 『장수한 영조의 식생활』, 『한국인은 왜 이렇게 먹을까』, 『조선의 미식가들』 등이 있다.
JOO Young-ha is a leading Korean food anthropologist who is currently working on a book related to food-themed films. He explores the diets, eating culture and food of East Asia from the standpoint of culture and humanities as well as historical studies. He studied History at Sogang University, Cultural Anthropology in Hanyang University’s MA program, and received his PhD in Cultural Anthropology and Ethnology at the Minzu University of China (Central University for Nationalities). He is a professor in Cultures and Arts, Graduate School of Korean Studies at the Academy of Korean Studies, while also serving as the director of the royal archives of the Joseon dynasty Jangseogak. He also served as a visiting professor at the Department of Humanities at Kagoshima University in Japan from 2007 to 2008 and the Department of Asian Studies at the University of British Columbia in Canada from 2017 to 2018. His published works include, Food Wars, Culture Wars; China, Chinese, Chinese Food; Food In Paintings, History in Food; A Delicious History of the World; The Cultural Anthropology of Food; Why Do Koreans Eat Like This?; The Gourmets of the Joseon Dynasty.
