서울국제음식영화제

제7회 서울국제음식영화제의 포스터는 서울국제음식영화제의 공식 로고에 담긴 태양과 물, 벼와 잎의 그래픽 모티브를 활용한 디자인으로 구성돼 있다. 생명의 근원이 되는 태양과 물, 우리 삶의 기본 양식을 상징하는 벼와 잎의 상징적 이미지와 더불어 만물을 이루는 점, 선, 면의 확장으로 문화적, 영화적 다양성을 추구하는 서울국제음식영화제의 지향을 드러내고 있다. 다채로운 도형들의 주축을 이루는 원의 형태는 다양한 음식을 담아내는 그릇, 영화에 쓰이는 카메라 렌즈와 필름 릴, 사람들이 함께 모이는 축제의 공간 또는 분위기 등을 연상하게 하기도 한다. 다양한 해석과 상상력을 불러일으키는 추상적 모티브의 알록달록한 색감이 조화를 이루는 올해 영화제의 포스터 이미지는 팬데믹 시대에 함께 나눠 먹는 즐거움을 생각하며 화사하게 피어나는 풍성한 축제의 꿈을 담고 있기도 하다.

The official poster for the 7th Seoul International Food Film Festival has graphic motives of sun, water, rice and leaf brought from the festival’s logo. Along with the images of sun and water as sources of life, rice and leaf as our staple food, the expanded dot, line and surface in it reveal what SIFFF pursuits - cultural and cinematic diversity. The circular shape that stands out from various shapes, reminds us of many different things such as food bowls on the table, lens or film reel in filmmaking, and even festival site and the vibe of gathering. Provoking various imagination and interpretation, this year’s colourful and playful poster most of all, depicts abundant joy of festivity blooming with the dream of sharing food in the pandemic era.
