서울국제음식영화제의 모든 상영작에는 한국어 자막이 지원됩니다.
All non-Korean dialogue films are subtitled in Korean. Some of non-English speaking films do not provide English Subtitles.
상영 등급에 따라 관람을 제한할 수 있습니다.
All the screenings will be guided with each film's rating.
‘맛있는 토크’는 게스트 스케줄에 따라 변동될 수 있습니다.
‘Delicious Talk’ schedule is subject to change.

* 티켓 발권 이후 분실, 훼손, 교통문제, 상영관 및 시간 착오 등의 개인 사정에 의한 재발권 및 환불은 불가능합니다.
* 영화제 사정에 의해 환불을 공지한 경우, 티켓 소지자에 한해 영화제 기간 내 영화제 현장매표소에서 환불 받으실 수 있습니다.
* 상영 관련 세부 사항은 부득이한 사정으로 변경될 수 있습니다. 가장 최신의 정보는 홈페이지를 참고해주시기 바랍니다.
* 좌석변경, 결제수단, 인원변경을 위해서는 해당 영화 상영 20분 전까지 예매하신 티켓을 취소하신 후 재결제를 부탁드립니다.
* Lost or damaged ticket cannot be reissued or refunded.
* For any screening schedule changes or cancellations by the festival, a full refund will be made at the festival box office during the festival period. The purchased ticket must be returned.

취소 및 환불 Cancellation & Refund
극장 상영 Offline Screening in ARTNINE
발권 전┃해당 영화 상영 시작 1시간 전까지 온라인에서 취소 가능
발권 후┃해당 영화 상영 시작 1시간 전까지 티켓 지참 후, 영화제 현장 매표소에서 취소가능
※ 먹으면서 보는 영화관은 음식이 제공되는 프로그램 성격상 상영 시작 24시간 전까지만 취소 가능하며, 이후에는 취소 또는 환불이 불가한 점 양해 바랍니다.
Before Ticketing┃On-line cancellation is available until 1 hour before the screening begins.
After Ticketing┃Cancellation is available at the festival box office with the ticket presented until 1 hour before the screening begins.
※ For Dining Cinema, cancellation is available only until 24 hours prior to the beginning of each screening. Do note that cancellation or refund is
not possible afterwards.
관람시 유의사항 Notice
상영 시작 10분 이후에는 입장이 불가능합니다.
온라인 예매 매진작이어도 상영 당일 현장에서 취소표 및 현장판매분을 선착순으로 구매하실 수 있습니다.
아트나인 상영관은 음식물 반입이 불가능합니다. (음료 반입 가능 / 병음료 반입 불가)
영화 상영 시, 사진 및 동영상 촬영이 금지되어 있습니다.
모든 관객은 티켓을 제시해야 입장할 수 있습니다. (7세 이하 입장 불가)
아트나인 초대권 및 예매권 사용이 불가능합니다.
Admittance to the theater is not permitted more than 10 minutes after the screening begins.
In case of on-line sold outs, tickets may be available at the box office on the day of the screening, on a first come first served basis.
Food is prohibited during the screenings at ARTNINE except Terrace events. (Bottle beverages are not allowed.)
Photos or video recordings are strictly prohibited in the screenings.
All audiences should present a ticket per person. (Children under the age of 7 are not admitted.)
All discounts, member benefits and gift vouchers of ARTNINE cannot be applied or used.

이용 안내 How to Watch
www.onfifn.com 에서 무료 회원가입 후 콘텐츠 구매 및 관람
11월 18일(목) 11시부터 구매 가능하며, 구매한 이후 영화제 전 기간 동안 관람 가능하고 11월 23일(화) 24:00에는 구입 시간에 상관 없이 모든 관람이 종료된다.
결제 이후에는 관람 유무와 상관없이 취소 및 환불 불가
Register to www.onfifn.com for free, choose the films you want and pay.
You can watch the films you have paid from 11:00 on Nov. 18 (Thu) until 24:00 on Nov. 23 (Tue).
Cancellation or refund is not allowed after payment.
